Modified factory OEM exhaust systems
for the Honda VTX 1800 & 1300
We purchase original exhaust systems from VTX owners (usually with less than 1K miles) and convert them into high performance systems. These units give the VTX the sound and performance it was meant to have.
We take the factory muffler, remove the heat shield, open them up and remove the entire contents. Then we weld in a custom designed collector and length of heavy gauge pipe. All pipes sold exchange are rechromed and are priced in the "new chrome" columns. You end up with the factory look and after market performance and sound. *
You can send your existing pipes in and get them reworked, saving yourself the chroming charge.
Our approach has several advantages over other after market brands.
- You retain the factory look of the bike.
- The quality of the original Honda system is maintained.
- The performance of the 2 into 1 exhaust or balance tube connection between the systems is left intact.
- You get reasonable sound while cruising or sneaking out of your neighborhood, but the sound comes to life during acceleration or deceleration.

- Various after market baffles can be used
When you order, we will ship you the replacement muffler(s), you install them, put your original mufflers back in the box, apply the prepaid UPS tag and give them to any UPS driver/pick up point. If we don't currently have stock or you prefer to use your mufflers, pack up your mufflers carefully and call us. We will send UPS to pick them up from you.

New systems generally ship the same day they are ordered. Reworked systems usually are turned around the same day they are received. Shipping is a flat rate that varies between $50-$60 depending on which UPS zone you are in.
Boxes over 104" in length and girth will be charged oversize rates by UPS and we will pass those costs to you. Our box size for dual mufflers is 36"X16"x8", for single exhaust our box size is 44"X10"X10". As you can see these boxes add up to 84" combined length and girth, you've 20" more to play with when making a box to ship. Over that and it costs extra.
We'll add a $150.00 core charge to your invoice. When we receive your old muffler(s), we will refund the $150.00. If the chrome is damaged or scratched we will call you and discuss a reduction of the core credit.
